All Levels Yoga
This class will be appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners. These classes are created based upon each teacher’s specific training and are inclusive of all levels incorporating yoga postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and meditation. You can expect modifications to meet you where you are at. Leave these classes with a sense of self awareness, self transformation, and self realization. Hope to see you there! Back & Joints Gentle Flow
All levels class instructed by a certified Physical Therapist. This class is designed to empower the participants to achieve a sustainable practice by implementing Chi Gong and Yoga-based postural awareness, as well as energy flow techniques, with the goal to improve and maintain spinal health and peripheral joint flexibility.
Core + More Yoga Flow
Yoga experience or a willingness for strong movement is necessary for this Hatha Vinyasa flow class. You can expect to enjoy the pure essence of a strong, fast-paced vinyasa flow (linking posture, breath, and posture) including opportunities to deepen more advanced postures.
Gentle All Levels Yoga
Everyone deserves to enjoy a yoga practice that creates peace within your body and mind. This is a kind and slow-paced class focusing on a full-body gentle experience.
Heart of Yoga
This 60-minute noon practice which will teach the student that “The success of Yoga does not lie in ability to perform postures but how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.”

Rejuvenate All Levels Yoga
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, these afternoon classes are intended to invite vigor, a bit of heat and oxygen back into the body to rejuvenate during the mid day, leaving the practitioner feeling awake, aware, and full of happiness for the rest of the day. One will leave the mat with a sense of renewal, creativity and vitality!
Restorative Yoga
Through the use of deep breathing, stretching and observing, yoga practitioners will find a less rigorous, yet still challenging way to way to work on your state of mind. Allow your body to ease into the posture. This class will move slowly through a series of fluid postures. Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. Restorative yoga is a great complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. Stillness is a powerful practice. All levels are welcomed and encouraged!
Sunrise Yoga
In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time” and when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of a sunrise yoga practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day. To achieve optimum personal results, it is recommended to practice yoga in the morning. Sunrise yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead.

Therapeutic Yoga
In a comfortable and safe environment, this gentle form of yoga is practiced with individualized support including the use of props to protect and rehabilitate the body. The goal of this class is to achieve physical and mental fitness. If you are looking for supported and gentle movement, this class is just for you!
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical. Rejuvenate, revitalize, and reset with this sweet and deep class! Yin yoga is a place to find flexibility. Great compliment for those who are active in sports, biking, running, hiking, climbing, and skiing/snowboarding.
Yoga Barre

Yoga Booty Flow
Yoga Booty Flow is a focused yoga class for building mobility, strength, and balance while you are encouraged to breathe your way through different sequences. This practice is a combination of yoga poses and Pilates-style exercises to target and beautifully shape your body – emphasis on the booty and legs. This low impact class will move through a series of fluid postures, from standing to strengthening poses, with a little hip mobility and stretches to finish. All levels are welcomed and encouraged!
YogaQi All Levels
Our YogaQi yoga class consists of, and not limited to, a combination of mindful yoga, stretching, QiGong movements, and ending with a magical chakra color meditation. This class increases awareness and raises your vibration and frequency! This class is never the same so be prepared to feel blissed out afterwards with a balanced mind, body, and spirit!
